ORGANIC BARLEY FLOUR

Our organic barley flour has all the fiber and nutritional content of whole grain barley and has a rich, nutty flavor. In yeast breads, substitute ¼ cup barley flour plus ¾ cup wheat flour for each 1 cup of wheat flour. Quick breads can be made entirely with barley flour.
