ORGANIC BUCKWHEAT FLOUR

Grown and milled on our farm. Buckwheat (which is not actually related to wheat) produces a very nutrious flour that is highly regarded for its mineral, fiber and protein composition. We grind the buckwheat with the hull to produce a flour with more complete fiber and nutrition content.
Our Buckwheat flour is processed on equipment that also processes wheat.
